    • Practiced law in Little Rock for over 24 years
    • Served as the Clerk of the Chancery and Probate Court
    • Served as special master in Juvenile Court
    • Served as Legal Counsel for Governor Jim Guy Tucker
    • Served as a Workers’ Compensation Commissioner
    • Served as Assistant Attorney General under Mike Beebe
    • Served as Special Judge in Circuit Court
    • Served as Judge in District Court, Division 2 (Traffic Court)
    • Served as Judge in District Court, District 1 (Criminal Court)

Judge Lightle is also:

    • Judge of District Court, Division 3. She was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to fullfill a vacancy in July 2007
